These terms explain how orders are placed, quoted and confirmed with Sweet Moments by Amanda.

Order and deposit policy
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is confirmed only after Sweet Moments by Amanda accepts the order and receives the required 50% deposit.
Final pricing depends on cake size, servings, flavour, filling, design complexity, decorations, toppers and delivery requirements.
The remaining balance may be paid online before collection or, where approved, at pickup.
Notice and availability
At least 48 hours' notice is required. More notice is recommended for detailed, large or highly customised cakes. Availability is limited to a maximum of three confirmed cake orders per week.
Design policy
Reference photographs and previous cake designs are used as inspiration. Because each cake is handmade, exact replicas, colours and finishes cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup and delivery
The pickup address is provided after an order has been confirmed.
Pickup times are arranged individually. Customers should arrive at the agreed time or contact Sweet Moments by Amanda if delayed.
Local delivery may be available in Geelong and surrounding areas. Delivery is subject to approval, availability and an additional fee.
Response time
Sweet Moments by Amanda aims to respond to enquiries within 24 hours. This is an estimated response time and may vary during busy periods.
