• How much notice is required?
  At least 48 hours' notice is required. Availability is limited, and more notice is recommended for detailed or larger cakes.
• How are cakes priced?
  Final pricing depends on design, ingredients, decorations, delivery and complexity. Starting prices on the site are a guide only — every quote is personalised.
• Is a deposit required?
  Yes — a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Do you deliver?
  Local delivery may be available within Geelong and surrounding areas. Delivery fees depend on location.
• Where is pickup?
  The pickup address is provided after your order is confirmed.
• Can you copy another cake exactly?
  Previous cakes are shown as inspiration. As each cake is handmade, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed — however Amanda will always aim to capture the style you love.
• Can you cater for allergies?
  Sweet Moments by Amanda is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contact. Customers must disclose allergies before ordering. Orders involving severe or life-threatening allergies may be declined.
• When is the balance due?
  The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
• What happens after I submit an enquiry?
  Enquiries are normally answered within 24 hours with a personalised quote. Once approved, a 50% deposit confirms your booking.
• How many cakes do you accept per week?
  Sweet Moments by Amanda accepts a maximum of three confirmed cake orders per week. Dates may book out early.
